March

March was a wild month for us.  I was going to skip my monthly challenge to blog photos – but decided I have to stick with it.  Even if I’m 20 days late.  So here are some photos of my family and what we’ve been up to.

Last month we finished our tax stuff (for both businesses), refinanced our house, went on vacation, had both our boys in the ER at different times for breathing issues, Miles cut his first tooth, Finn is (dare I say) potty trained.  It was a blur.

I did manage to get these few photos.  Remember – there is slim to none editing – just me trying different lights/lenses.  This first one Shane took with my old camera - of EIGHT turkeys in our yard!!!  Lucky them – we’re past Thanksgiving!

Love his little body.  Especially in this onsie.  The rolls on his thighs, rounded belly….so sweet.

Finn was so sick in this photo – but still cute and happy even when he’s not feeling well.  Bless his heart.

I adore this photo.  Miles has been sucking those fingers since we could see him on the ultrasound.  He is at such a yummy, super cute age.

With both boys being ill this month – we did as much of this as we could.  Snuggles are the best medicine!

The rest are from our AZ trip.  The hiking photos are in Sedona.  Such fun family time and memories!

Check out my mountain man, Finn, climbing the rocks!  He was such a trooper – we got lost.  : )  So our mile hike was more like 5 miles.  I ended up carrying Miles and Shane gave Finn a shoulder ride for the last bit.  Hudson did GREAT.

This photo is funny because Finn is into everything – including watching the ants at their level.  Whereas Hudson is getting a little worried about things – like scorpions and rattle snakes – thus he was keeping his distance!

Seeming its already April 20th – I wouldn’t expect much for photos for April either.  : )  Since we returned from AZ, Shane & I have both been crazy busy.  Good stuff!  Just not much time to play with my camera aside from work.  Did I mention that we live in depressing Ohio and its still raining, grey and 50 outside?  I’m hoping it dries up, even if just for a bit, for the Easter egg hunts this Sunday. I thought for sure since Easter was on April 24th this year we’d have balmy weather.  No such luck.  So I”ll try to get some photos this weekend and I’m hoping to get Miles back in the studio since he’s mastered sitting up and not quite crawling – will be soon though.  Too soon!!  Then the chase begins!  : )
